The Pulaski Bank Gold Visa® Card offers a great interest rate with the option to transfer a balance. The interest rate is considered reasonably low for a regular card. The interest rate is also the same for purchases, balance transfers, and cash advances, which is a unique feature and perfect for those that may need some extra cash. There is an interest-free period on balance transfers for the first six months with no balance transfer fee. Plus, there's no annual fee, and common gold benefits and services are provided. However, this card doesn't offer a rewards program, as is often the case for cards with higher interest rates.
