The Millennium Advantage Pre-Paid MasterCard® is perfect for those who need a card to make purchases and payments, but may have difficulty in obtaining an unsecured credit card. As with all prepaid cards, the available balance on the card for purchases must be funded in advance. You'll then be able to use the card anywhere a traditional credit card is accepted. The card has a $99.00 activation fee and a monthly fee of $5.95. There is no credit check or income verification and no minimal balance, making this a good option for a pre-paid card.
