The Blue from American Express® offers an excellent reward program and a very low introductory rate on balance transfers for the life of the loan. Through Blue's Membership Rewards Express® program, you'll earn one point for every dollar you spend, which can be redeemed for travel, gift certificates, and more. The amount of points that can be earned is unlimited, and points never expire. The card offers a 0% introductory rate on purchases for up to 12 months, and you'll also have access to a very low introductory rate on balance transfers made during the application process for 12 months. This card has no annual fee, and it also has a reasonably low interest rate on purchases after the introductory rate expires. Many additional benefits and services are provided as well.
