The Blue Cash® from American Express offers an excellent cash back reward program and the option to transfer your high balances to a low interest rate for the life of the loan. "Everyday Purchases" made at drugstores, gas stations, and U.S. supermarkets earn up to a 5% rebate, and all other purchases earn up to a 1.5% rebate. The rebate varies according to the amount spent each year. This card has a 0% introductory APR on purchases for up to the first twelve months, and it also offers a low introductory rate on balance transfers for twelve. The interest rate for purchases is average after the introductory rate expires, and there is no annual fee. This card also provides common benefits and services.
