The All-Access® MasterCard® Prepaid Card is ideal if you need to make transactions that normally require a traditional credit card, but you have trouble obtaining one. As with all prepaid cards, the available balance on the card for purchases must be funded in advance. You'll then be able to use the card anywhere a traditional credit card is accepted. The main difference between the various prepaid cards is the amount of fees required to maintain and load funds onto the card. This card has no account opening fee, and direct deposits onto the card are free. You'll also have the choice between paying a low monthly fee for unlimited transactions and paying a fee each time you make a transaction. Either way, the overall fees for this card are much lower than the fees you'd pay with most prepaid cards.
